US Airways to remove inflight entertainment systems to reduce flight weight



Airlines are scrambling to find ways to cut costs. Reducing the "weight of the plane" is one way to control soaring fuel expenses. First, they introduced extra fee for check-in baggages, then US airways announced they would remove in-flight entertainment systems to reduce weight. What's next?
